You’re right it is morbid but better now than to talk about it again. You’re still young man. But I’d do a couple of things. There should be a paintball airsoft museum where known players can display their gear for future generations to see. Also could donate to fields and they can only be given out to first time first day players.
I've often wondered about this given my kids aren't into PB nor is my wife. Over the years I've ended up with some rare and unique markers and gear.

A somber subject for sure. I would like to see the gear get use after I'm gone, Whether that be from cherished loved ones or someone who needs it.
